The Opportunity
EBSCO TeleServices is currently accepting resumes for the position of CallCenter Supervisor in our Akron office. This is a night/weekend position.
We are a successful division of a multi-faceted international corporation. EBSCO Industries is a Forbes Top 200 Private Company with over 1.5 billion dollars in annual sales. EBSCO TeleServices currently operates 4 call centers in N.E. Ohio. We provide outbound teleservices and interviewing services for a variety of high profile, national clients. We specialize in marketing services for the publishing industry.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year direct supervision experience of a sales team that focuses heavily on day-to-day operations which includes but is not limited to hiring staff, training new employees, coaching and developing sales representatives.
