Call Center Supervisor / Manager - Mortgage Loan Servicing

About the Job

Mortgage company in Lewisville is looking for experienced Mortgage Servicing Supervisors/Managers in Loan Administration and Loss Prevention (early to late stage Collections, Customer Service, and Cash Management) to support their growing loan servicing portfolio. 


 


Job Functions


 


Responsible for daily workflow, productivity and management of 8-10 employees within the Loss Prevention department.  Responsible for training, development, and performance evaluation of all staff members on the team.  Evaluate and resolve high priority or complex problems from customers (internal and external) that escalate beyond the team member level.


 


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree with major in business related field of study

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Supervisor in a Loan Servicing or Mortgage Servicing call center environment

  • Must have strong supervisory skills with an emphasis on team building and developing employees

  • Must be thoroughly familiar with all phases of Loss Prevention in the mortgage industry and should have a general knowledge of all functions within Loan Servicing
