Overview
The Call Center Team Leader is responsible for supervising the activity of the call center operations, including but not limited to: guest services and appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, issue follow-up, outbound calls and overall guest satisfaction. Participates in the design, implementation, and daily activity of call monitoring and quality standards. Will be responsible for team member development and training, performance management, performance reviews and scheduling. The Call Center Team Leader will constantly be looking for opportunities to improve the performance of the call center and be proactive in creating and implementing appropriate programs to elevate the level of capability and contribution of the call center.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience (2+ years in a supervisory capacity) in an inbound call center setting with telephony systems and capabilities; Candidate must possess superior guest service skills, in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to listen, be patient, troubleshoot and make sound decisions in a busy environment. This position works a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.* The successful candidate will also have a passion for beauty and fashion and exude a high degree of respect for salon professionals.
