Callidus / Actuate Report Developer

Job Description                                                               

•              The Sr. Programmer/Analyst will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. They must be capable of developing high-level designs in conjunction with IT Architects and be able to communicate those designs effectively to team developers.

•              The Senior Programmer  / Analyst will be able to work independently and mentor to less experienced members of the team. Their strong development skills will allow the team lead to off–load responsibilities to them; requiring independent thinking and support research activities to advance the team skills and understanding as a whole.

Job Functions

•              4 years experience with Callidus / True Comp Incentive Compensation Software and Datamart

2 to 4 years experience with Actuate software

•              Translate requirements into High Level Design when functioning in the role of Project Architect.

•              Develop software applications and/or components according to requirements and High Level Design, by actively participating in relevant phases of the application development life cycle, while providing mentoring and support to more junior team members

•              Responsible for leading other technology staff to analyze, design, build, test, and deploy technology for Callidus Compensation Management.

•              An ideal candidate will serve as the functional expert for the end-to-end Callidus Software based commission’s solution including integration, incentive rules, processing, performance reporting, and custom dispute resolution components.

•              Ensure close integration for system design and build actions, for enhancements as well as break-fix activities, with business partners across IT work streams.

•              Work with business and IT partners to ensure that ongoing operations and design changes in incentive compensation system support business objectives and requirements.

•              Solution design lead for enhancement work with the incentive compensation solution and analyze business requests and how they influence system operations and end-user support Essential Functions

•              Develop and architect sales automation tools including Account Management, Contact Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Advanced sales Reporting and Analytics, Partner Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Compensation Management and Contract Management for the defined sales automation technologies.
