This is a commission driven business (up to 50% of revenue generated), and is not for a phone-phobic individual.  We look for our staff to spend at least 3.5 hours per day on the telephone creating client relationships, recruiting top notch, “A” list talent and putting the two together.  The Providence office has historically enjoyed a 60+% client company loyalty repeat business rate.  Of 1,100 offices globally, Providence was #2 in 2008 in system split revenue.
