Artsmarketing Campaign Managers are responsible for hiring, training and motivating their own staff of twelve to fifteen sales/fund raising representatives. Our managers and their projects are integral to the non-profit organization’s overall yearly strategic plan. AMS’ campaigns focus on building subscription audiences or donor/membership revenues in order to ensure the organization’s future fiscal health. In order to achieve the goals, the team built by our Managers is a key component. Campaign Managers have the opportunity to work closely with Development and/or Marketing Directors of major arts and non-profit organizations. We provide our Managers with a comprehensive training program that has been cited by industry experts as the top program of its kind. Our managers, who are superb and creative problem-solvers, believe that the management training clearly differentiates Artsmarketing in the marketplace.
