Liberty Sport is exploding and is leading the charge in Sport Protective Eyewear from “Worry Free” prescription services to the best, developed and specifically engineered products on the market!
As a Liberty Sport Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and maintaining relationships with small to medium size accounts selling directly to the Eye care Professional (ECP).
This is a quota-based position and you will be required to contact existing customers and new prospects via telephone and email. You will analyze customer needs, identify and customize sales packages to close accounts on a monthly basis. This position also requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care and follow-up. You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. In addition to quota achievement, you will be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators, designed to help you keep your business on track. You will be accountable for daily prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing accounts to achieve required monthly results.
Required Experience:
One + years of successful sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
One + years of new customer acquisition experience.
Documented formal account planning and strategic selling skills
Negotiating Experience
Superior presentation skills, professional presence, and excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to perform and adapt in fast paced changing environment
Strong working knowledge of computer skills and Internet navigation
Job Requirements Generates sales for Liberty Sport and services in named accounts or assigned territory. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations entire product line as well as prescription lens services. Candidates should possess a successful history of new business sales, consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets and can accurately and punctually prepare weekly activity reports. Additionally, candidates should have strong presentation, organization and communication skills with the ability to pay strict attention to details. Sources customer, begins to develop transactional-based relationships. Reports to VP of Outbound Sales. This is a multi-incumbent position.
Basic qualifications include:
· High School Graduate, some college preferred
· Related sales experience
· Knowledge of the organizations’ product line
· Experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing
· Bilingual; speaks French

Salary Range: $28,000-$36,000 annually at quota (depending on experience)
