Canvass Manager

Unique Home Solutions needs a canvass manager to coordinate, manage, motivate and coach 3-4 teams of high spirited canvassers, who make great impressions, answer questions and generate interest for our entire product line throughout Central Indiana.  Must have prior canvass management experience.

Job Requirements:

• Sales background.
  
• 2-5 years experience in canvass management.
  
• Managed people and/or teams.
  
• Experience with time pressure and deadlines.
  
• Have outgoing personality.
  
• Professional demeanor.
  
• Focused and goal oriented.
  
• Attentive and a great listener.
  
• Must be flexible to working evenings and weekends.
  
• Strong attitude.
  
• Great communication skills.
  
• Highly organized.
