JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cardiac Cath Lab Manager
•Must demonstrate customer service excellence skills at the level appropriate to leadership
•Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills with physicians and all other members of the health team role

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Current Pennsylvania RN licensure or Temporary Practice Permit OR Registered Radiologic Technologist OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist required
•Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred or completion of Bachelor Degree within 5 years of start date in manager role required
•Master Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred
•Progressive and successful work history required
•Specialty certification preferred
•Minimum of 5 years current experience in cardiac cath lab services required
•Minimum of 3 years management experience in acute care setting required and 2 years management experience in cardiac cath lab preferred
