The CareMore Operations Lead/Call Center is responsible for assisting the member services representatives in daily operations and meeting service level expectations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Defines and monitors performance and productivity standards in place to service provider network and its enrolled population.
  • Work closely with manger to help monitor the team to assure that staff meets performance standards and is operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Assists with escalated member calls; assists resolve escalated issues/calls.
  • Serves as a resource for the representatives.
  • Assists in the development of department programs.
  • Manages month-end process and reporting.
  • Participates and contributes to special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains high accuracy under tight deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
  • Additional responsibilities may include coverage for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED; 3+ years of experience in customer service, including 2 years of data entry or general office experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. AA preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Supervisor experience highly preferred. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
