·          Identify and establish relationships with customers in the proprietary school market.

·          Prepare and make corporate presentations to large career school organizations.

·          Use follow up and initiative to ensure closed sales on high quality textbooks, educational materials, online resources, and reference books.

·          Work closely with marketing to develop effective promotional and sales campaign strategies.

·          Work collaboratively with the editorial and production staff to maximize the Company’s unique competitive advantages, identifying new and customizable product areas.

Requirements:

§         Previous sales experience (3 years or greater) within the education market.

§         Requires approximately 30% travel.  

§ Familiarity with textbook and other educational materials and the propriety school market is highly advantageous.

§ Requires a four-year degree, computer literacy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
