We are seeking candidates for a management development tract to help lead and grow our Career Services Division in Worcester

Successful candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and a desire to demonstrate initiative and results in the following:

¨      Managing team member development

¨      Consultative business development

¨      Financial management

¨      Expanding new and/or existing services

¨      Leadership

The ability to regularly travel and/or relocate is preferred, but not required.
