The Career Services Staffing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with local, regional and national employers to increase employment opportunities for ATI graduates. The Career Services Staffing Specialist will work with the DCS to determine placement services required by students and uncover hiring needs of employers. Thru employer cold calls, mass mailings, internet based leads and employer visits , this position will identify the optimal number of job leads and orders for graduate placement. The Career Services Staffing Specialist also assist students and graduates with job search preparation and participate in school events.

Job Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in business related field, or comparable experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize; have good problem-solving skills, substantial creativity, ability and willingness to work independently and use independent judgment, technically proficient in computer research and database management, experience in networking and community-based business development.
