Qualifications:  Documented Certification as RN, LPN, CNA, MA, HHA; or Compassionate Non-certified Caregiver

One year of on-the-job Caregiving experience; working with family counts.   

Team player, exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of the patient and family members.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented, well organized, professional demeanor.

Ability to travel at times with short notice.

Demonstrated knowledge Traumatic Brain Care with documented experience - would love 2 years or more of In-Home experience for this specific type of Home Care professional. 

Manage the preparation of the In-Care documentation papers in accordance with agency policy.
