Case Management Manager Director Acute care setting ONLY Registered Nurse Five years management in health care setting.
Ten years experience in case management administration. Management experience in case management preferred.
RN with case management training
BS or Masters degree in Nursing with significant case management training. Case management training in acute care and case management.
Acute care/continuing care/community case management
Skilled in employee relations and management.
Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, employee relations and team building.
Coordination of all case management services within assigned area in order to assure appropriate utilization and productivity.
Assures that established outcome measures are met and that continuous quality approach is in place for all case management processes. Assures appropriate staffing levels, ongoing educational opportunities, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction to maintain operational commitment. Maintains and enhances relationships with internal and external customers and peers across the system in order to achieve excellent working relationships. Work closely with revenue departments to ensure appropriate levels of care, enhance revenue and reduce denials.
