| Job Description: Assists in the tracking of on-going operations. Assists Casualty and Mortuary personnel in the reporting, scheduling, processing and recording of Casualty and Mortuary cases. Assists military operational and technical experts and managers to perform their functions. Also functions as an active analyst. Job Duties: • Track the movement and disposition of remains • Coordinate with casualty assistance centers on funeral honors • Implements policy and procedural guidance • Perform telephonic notifications as directed • Document cases in various Army databases, including the Defense Casualty Information Processing System (DCIPS). • Provides casualty and/or incident information to senior management • Draft correspondence for review, approval, and signature of authorized government officials | |
