Seeking multiple Case Managers  for a high profile Law Firm located just outside of Boston. Primary responsibilities are providing customer service to existing and prospective clients through use of the telephone and email. Develop and maintain updated knowledge of services, including affiliate relationships, ad campaigns, and social worker services. Also process updated client contact information.
