CASE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
A CPT Case Manager is responsible for overseeing all case activity from its administrative conception until disbursement, implementing all tasks as designated by the Parties’ Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement. The Case Manager will be the primary point of contact between CPT and Counsel and will be responsible for providing any information or reporting requested in a timely and comprehensive manner. The Case Manager will work closely with IT, Mailing Department, Claims Department, and the Call Center throughout administration.
