Catalog Sales Associates

This is a part-time position for a results-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic individual with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities.  In this in-bound telephone sales position, you will be responsible for: accurately answering customer questions and keying customer orders; utilizing effective probing and listening skills to maximize cross-selling of merchandise, credit cards, and customer loyalty clubs; and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every call.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional service
2. Promote a proactive approach to exceeding customer expectations
3. Engage with customers to create an easy and fun shopping experience
4. Assist customers in the selection of product and accurately key customer orders and answer customer inquiries
5. Continually work to gain a high level of product expertise
6. Energetically cross-sell additional merchandise, credit cards and customer loyalty clubs
7. Work effectively with others in the team to accomplish goals and resolve problems
8. Meet or exceed monitoring standards for exceptional customer service
9. Meet or exceed established volumes on sales programs, call length, and other performance metrics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred
• Solid data entry skills
• Professional in attitude and action
• Team player with a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude
• Exceptional work ethic and communication skills
• HS Diploma or Equivalent preferred
