Requirements:
- BS or MS in Chemistry w/ 5-7 years experience or a PhD w/ 1-2 years experience
- Hands-on knowledge of solid phase synthesis
- Experience in preparative HPLC purification and macromolecule ultra filtration
- Familiarity with analytical HPLC and electrospray mass spectrometry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Oligonucleotide experience a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities:
- Perform synthesis of complex oligonucleotides, including solid phase synthesis and post synthetic conjugation, purification and final work-up
- Routine analysis of intermediates by analytical HPLC and LCMS
- Documentation of procedures, protocols, and results in notebooks and reports as necessary
- Additional opportunities include synthesis and purification process development of clinical stage candidates and development and implementation of novel chemistries
