Huntington Learning Center, the premier provider of supplemental education in the nation, has the key management position of Center Director available in their North San Antonio TX location.


The Center Director will lead a team of dedicated full and part-time employees in achieving the Center's revenue/enrollment goals while overseeing the delivery of the finest supplemental education services in the industry. The Center Director will promote our services through school, business and community contacts and will conduct initial (sales) conferences and ongoing (retention) conferences with parents at the Center. Successful candidates must have the ability to diagnose key indicators of center success and will be responsible for the financial health of the center.

We accomplish this through the development and delivery of individualized education programs based on the results of a comprehensive academic evaluation.

Our compensation package includes a base salary plus bonus and will offer you the opportunity to benefit financially from our growth.

Center Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Responsible for meeting revenue, operation and marketing goals of the Center.
-Present an individualized education program to parents during an initial conference.
-Hire, train, lead, motivate and evaluate full time staff members.
-Monitor and maintain center activity.
-Work closely with students, administering evaluations, assisting new students and oversee student       educational programs.
-Conduct follow up parent conferences.
-Visit schools regularly to meet with teachers and administrators.
-Promotion of the center and participation in the community.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience and success in education sales or retail service industries with strong leadership.


- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
