Outpatient Medical Imaging Clinic

Job Purpose:

Manage the outcomes day to day operations of an outpatient imaging center.   

Duties:

Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Review and organize operation work flow by assigning and scheduling employees effectively.

Maintain working knowledge of the industry, identifying operational and financial trends within the practice measured against industry standards.

Manage office staff by recruiting, hiring, orientating and training employees and then maintaining staffing through coaching, counseling, setting performance goals, and follow through with monitoring and appraisals.

Have a working knowledge of the insurance verification and precertification process. 

Maintain ACR and Medicare regulatory compliance.
