Center Manager

Lincare Inc. a National Respiratory company is seeking a Center Manager.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and supervising quality individuals for various positions.  Make sales calls on existing and potential referral sources in the medical community, requiring complete product knowledge.  Must be able to communicate effectively with doctors, administrators and directors of respiratory therapy departments.  Implements safety programs, including maintaining records, in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that apply to DOT and FDA.  Control inventory through purchasing of equipment and supplies.  Responsible for maintaining a fleet of leased vehicles.  Required to perform equipment set-ups, and on-call duties on a rotational basis.  Must have previous experience in a similar industry, marketing respiratory products or services with excellent human relations skills.  Must be computer literate.
