The following is the Primary role of the Care Center Supervisor.

General Description

The Central Care Center Manager will oversee the functions of the Central Care Center.  The manger is
responsible for leading all aspects of the Central Care Center activities including selecting associates,
training and ongoing communications to assure all associates maintain the Company’s premier level of
client satisfaction and uphold the Dignity promise. He/She will also focus on optimizing resources,
procurement needs and cost containment.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities 

• Ensures Central Care Center processes, procedures and standards are followed within Care Center and throughout the market.
• Maintain necessary licensure and/or other certification to meet any local, state, or federal regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures, and ensure that they are carried out at all times.
• Ensure that all required safety equipment requirements and procedures are followed when performing any task.
