CERTIFIED MEDICAL BILLER:

Expanding medical billing office located in Keego Harbor, Michigan is seeking a full-time Medical Biller. Primary responsibilities include medical billing, charge and payment entry, collections & follow-up, ICD-9 & CPT coding, and physician credentialing.  Ideal candidate must be certified with 2-5 years of billing experience, knowledge of electronic billing, thorough understanding of insurance appeals and denials, and experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing rules and procedures. The candidate must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills and strong customer service background. Prior experience with charge entries and payments posting is a requisite.
