Job Responsibilities:

---- Enhance/increase the patient\'s level of functional independence through use of appropriate functional activities

---- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient

---- Adheres to Occupational therapy Department procedures regarding documentation of occupational therapy services

---- Performs other duties as assigned

---- Evaluate Activities of Living under the Direction of the Occupational Therapist Director

---- Instruct patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the OT program.

---- Work with other therapy staff to develop activities consistent with each patients needs and capabilities

Education And Licensure Requirements:

---- All Candidates Must have graduated from and Accredited Occupational Therapy Program

---- All Candidates Must be licensed in the State they wish to practice Occupational Therapy.

---- Qualified Candidates may apply for this position while in the process of obtaining licensure requirements for the state.
