Established 1980, Daisy is the local Authorized Reseller for hundreds of manufacturers like Brother, Canon, HP, Konica-Minolta, Lexmark, Muratec, Oki, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp, and Xerox.  In addition to the supplies, Daisy sells printers, faxes, copiers, MFC's, scanners and just about any type of office equipment.  Daisy is an Authorized Warranty Repair center for many of these same manufacturers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The printer service technician provides customer service by maintaining, servicing and repairing printers, faxes, copiers, MFC's and scanners in-house and at customer locations.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

*HP certification for at least 5 machines.

*Certification from any other manufacturer is a plus.

*Must be capable of performing preventative maintenance, repairs, parts installation, menu functions, paper supply and function, toner supply and function, cleaning, delivery and installation and customer assistance.

*Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting.

*Must be able to clearly explain what work was performed both in writing and verbally.

*Must be able to follow Work Order procedures and dispatch instructions.

*Must have strong customer service skills.

*Must display an eagerness to perform at a level which insures customer satisfaction.

*Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.

*Must have a valid California Drivers License, submit a clean DMV, and be able to drive for both long and short distances.
