Join our team as a Certified Vacation Planner (Inbound)!
Responsible for utilizing sales techniques to close business and continue to service the direct guests, as well as, managing their expectations through the entire process up until the time the guest sails.
Key Accountabilities:
Meeting weekly Revenue Goals
Meeting daily Metric Goals
Utilizing Gold and Xcel standards on each call
Responsible for managing their bookings and all pertinent information & payments
Reports to a Sales Coach, part of a sales team
Core Competencies:
Ability to use sound judgment through the sales quote and booking process
Business Effectiveness
QUalifications
Previous sales experience preferred.
Minimum 2 year College Degree preferred.
