Department

Business Unit People & Culture (P & C) is the Corporate HR-department in Vestas. Sub-department Business Transformation act as a competence centre within organizational change leadership and delivers facilitation and coaching to the management of business units and projects; in order to enable successful organizational change and improvement initiatives. As Vestas wants to stay number one in modern energy capabilities to execute successful organizational development and transformation initiatives are considered very important success factors. The future state that Business Transformation is striving to enable is therefore to make organizational change leadership capabilities into a competitive advantage for Vestas.

 

Our new experienced and competent Change Consultant will join a team of dedicated and highly qualified Change Consultants.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Plan and conduct change initiatives to strengthen the empowerment of leader lead organizational change across our global organization Enable the achievement of targeted business improvement results of initiated and conducted change initiatives
  • Support a company culture focused on partnership, quality, fact-based and centre-of-excellence

 

Qualifications and Work Experience

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

  • Relevant theoretical background at master’s level or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years’ managerial experience
  • Several years of change management experience in an international environment
  • Solid experience in designing, preparing and delivering leader lead change from central role in major organizational changes
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Spoken and written English at a high level
  • Ability to motivate for change in a hectic and busy environment
  • Capable of working both as part of a team and independently with a high degree of responsibility

Additional Information

Primary work location will be Randers, Denmark. Due to the global activities, approximately 60 travelling days per year must be expected in periods.
