Change Manager / Project Manager

One of our client's in Charlotte area is looking for a Change Manager / Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager with following skills and responsibilities:

Responsible for leading Change Management activities in response to FASB Standards and Finance Key Initiative projects
Manage workstreams including but not limited to project planning, communications, risk management, project execution and operational readiness for new FAS accounting rules.
Focused on executing standard Change Management methodology which will facilitate the business partners planning and execution of new accounting standards. 
Driving cross-workstream integration and dependencies as well as downstream people, process and technology impacts.

Job Requirements:
College Degree
Able to work effectively in a matrix environment
Strong Communication skills – written, oral at all levels (executive, peers, LOB groups)
Strong Change Management skills
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to quickly assess current state and define desired state environments
Proven ability to drive cross-team integration and resolve issues with minimal noise
Results driven with proven execution results
Financial services product knowledge (wide spectrum of products, e.g. loans, securities, deposits)
Familiar with standard change management processes
Able to manage associates - both direct and indirect

Desired Skills:
Greenbelt or Project Management Certification
General Finance or General Ledger Knowledge
Accounting Policy or FASB Knowledge
Regulatory / Basel II Knowledge
