Job Summary & Mission:

As the lead for change programs for Global Legal & Compliance you will be in charge of driving a portfolio of highly exposed IT-driven initiatives reporting to the Group General Counsel Chief of Staff. You will be responsible for formulating L&C technology strategy in co-operation with the functional representatives, and ensuring appropriate prioritization, budgeting, planning and implementation.

Qualifications:
You have a proven track record in managing change programs with an IT focus including a familiarity with IT implementation process from the business side. You must have a working knowledge (at some level) of L&C, coupled with a desire to challenge and improve current processes. You have an excellent ability to network and reach across regional and cultural boundaries. Must be a self starter, be highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects / tasks at one time and meet established deadlines. Senior D to ED, based in Zurich, London or NY / Stamford / Weehawken.
