The Channel Account Manager for the Southern region will
be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and service functions for
surface treatments, lubricants and structural adhesives for the Indirect sales
channel in the Aerospace Industry. This is a remote-based position, open
to candidates living in the Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA or Orlando, FL metro areas.

    are commensurate with overall business objectives and strategies.


  • Promote and commercialize new technologies
    with strategic Indirect Accounts.


  • Recognize competitive forces and prepare
    sales strategies to offset the competition.


  • Knowledge of the market and of the major
    applications and technologies that are utilized in the Aerospace
    industry.


  • Establish a complete target list,
    documenting growth potential by application and location.


  • Interact with Technical Service, Marketing
    and Key Account Management to promote new specifications and drawings to
    Tier 1 customers.             


  • Identify new technologies, markets or
    innovations of existing technologies to promote growth, new product introduction
    and value to our Indirect Customers. 


  • Effectively communicate progress and
    requirements to obtain the resources necessary to successfully reach the
    established objectives.


  • Perform monthly business reviews on the
    territory performance and adjust priorities to deliver planned OSG.


  • Approximately 50% Travel Required.


Qualification:

Who we are looking for



  • BA/BS Degree in
    chemical engineering, chemistry, business or related discipline strongly
    preferred.


  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical
    sales, service and manufacturing environments, preferably in the Aerospace
    or industry related to adhesives, sealants, coatings, and surface
    treatments.


  • Strong understanding of Aerospace and or
    related industry.


  • Excellent sales, presentation/communication
    skills.


  • Knowledge and experience of Value Added
    Selling.


  • Strong negotiation skills.


  • Experience in working with computer based
    tools.
