TriGeo Network Security is looking for a heavy-hitting, imaginative, and determined Channel Account Manager for one of the leaders in Security Information Management targeting the midmarket (companies with about 100 to 5,000 employees.)
Primary responsibility will be to develop channel partner relationships with our partners to achieve revenue targets and market share. This includes providing leadership to enable our partners to grow revenue from their defined territory. Position reports to the VP of North American Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners and negotiate partnerships
- Recruit new Channel partners
- Manage and motivate Reseller/Channel partners to ensure
- Revenue Growth
- Partner Satisfaction
- End User/Customer Satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, events, training, and outings
- Follow process for managing qualification and distribution of leads to Channel partners
- Ensure partners meet their target and revenue goals, as detailed in their business plans
- Work with partners to promote and evangelize TriGeo’s products
- Communicate effectively with VP of North American Channel important market information that could neccessitate a change in strategy/tactics
- Collaborate with other Directors in the organization on topics that would help support the distribution initiative

Job Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years of channel sales experience
- 5+ years of direct sales or system engineer experience
- 2+ years at a Security Information Event Management (SIEM) vendor
- 5+ years experience working in a small company, entrepreneurial environment
% of Travel Required : 20-30%
