The Channel Sales Representative will own a subset of resellers and have quota responsibility for achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing existing resellers, recruiting new ones and helping them to build their business and go-to-market strategies. The Channel Sales Representative will provide hands on, incremental sales training for the reseller's sales force, supporting them in closing deals by making joint sales calls. The Channel Sales Representative will work closely with ClearCube’s direct sales force to ensure channel harmony.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed sales and margin quota’s
- Ability to effectively forecast on a weekly basis and effectively manage partner forecasts by working with partner executives
- Evaluate, select, and recruit the appropriate strategic channel partner to deliver expected business results as needed
- Work with partners to map house accounts, establishing go-to-market strategies, and facilitate collaboration with ClearCube Account Executives to increase revenue
- Work with partners to develop end-customer marketing events, webinars, etc
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Proven ability to sell PC Blades & Centralized Solutions for high tech customers including SW & HW using effective relationship building.
- Effective time management and ROI analysis to meet sales quotas.
- Financial skills in deal structuring including TCO analyses and leasing with the ability to forecast sales trends.
- Must be able to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstration of success in large account management and quota achievement. Ability to influence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of field sales experience a requirement, channels sales preferred.
- Experience selling hardware/software solutions.
- Ability to navigate senior C level relationships at partners and ClearCube.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work in a team selling environment.
