Chargemaster/Revenue Cycle Manager

Reputable company in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Chargemaster/Revenue Cycle Manager to take a lead role on the Revenue Management Team. This individual will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Chargemaster/Revenue Cycle coordinators in completing all reviews, research and maintenance related to the chargemaster. This manager will maintain a collaborative working relationship with revenue producing departments and other support departments to identify chargeable activities.

 

 

Requirements:

BA in Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, or related study

7+ years of experience working with Healthcare chargemaster, billing, coding

Excellent Management and Delegating skills

Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party billing regulations

CPT/CHPCS and ICD-9 regulations and guidelines

UB-92 and HCFA 1500 billing

Ability to understand multiple hospital billing systems, feeder systems and billing system interfaces

Patient Revenue Cycle

Spreadsheet/Database experience
