Review Auto Finance loan contract packages against checklist in applicable on-line booking system; use independent analysis and exercise judgement to determine if applicable standards are met; identify contract package irregularities, utilize available resources for resolution; prepare packages for return to dealer for corrections; communicate relevant issues to Loan Officer and escalate appropriate issues to supervisor; provide application entry and processing support for instant credit applications; conduct 100% quality audits on contracts booked the prior day; balance contracts to database reports; ensure all systems have been updated.

This is a temporary position (length of assignment to be determined)
 
 

 1-2 years of data entry, customer service and/or retail sales experience; required 7,500 keystrokes per hour; good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Loan processing experience preferred.

Auto Finance experience preferred.
