Kitchen Manager-Working Chef
Sun ‘n Lake Golf Club located in Sebring, FL currently has an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Manager/Working Chef to manage their new 13,000 sq ft clubhouse. This individual will be accountable for developing a la carte and catering menus, hiring and overseeing kitchen staff, purchasing of food and beverage product and supplies, ensuring inventory control, maintaining proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
A minimum of 5 years prior Restaurant/Kitchen Management/ Chef experience required, 2-year culinary degree is a plus.
