Work directly with the TDC (a business unit of Genesis Energy, LLC) Plant Managers to ensure a safe manufacturing environment at the sites that meets or exceeds all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental guidelines for its employees, shareholders and neighbors.  Improve plant reliability and operating efficiency by reducing process variability.  Analyze and present plant technical/economic data to management for process improvement project justifications.  Manage plant / process upgrade projects.  Oversee Process Safety Management activities.  Update process operating guidelines and procedures.  Work with operators to improve chemical manufacturing process.

Qualifications include; Chemical manufacturing experience; general understanding of refinery operations, basic understanding of general business concepts, economics and finanacial practices; able to to organize, plan coordinate and execute plant outages; demonstrated ability to lead supervise, manage and motivate people; excellent written and oral communication skills.
