Chemical Mixing Supervisor
About the Job
- Directly responsible for the supervision of chemical mixing and resource recovery.
- Manage employees for safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop material flow through the production area that limits potential for error and cross contamination and supports lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead, train and manage performance of two production teams with a total of 50 employees.
- Responsible for for chemical mixing, resource recovery and management of hazardous waste and satellite accumulation locations in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- BS in Engineering or physical sciences preferred.
- Experience in supervision preferred.
- Beneficial to have a background in PLC systems, Honeywell/TDC programming and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong chemical and mechanical background
