We are looking for someone who has
years of maintenance and repair experience with multi-unit apartments,
commercial space or hospital type setting. HVAC Certification is a must. The
job is responsible for supervision of the maintenance department's operations and
personnel. Also responsible for maintenance, repair and upkeep of
the public areas, amenities, physical plant, grounds, landscaping and
building,and during the winter seasons shoveling snow.
