This CFO position reports to the CEO and manages a staff of 5. This position will have full responsibility overseeing the company financial situation, oversight of multiple manufacturing plants, heavily involved in acquisitions, financial reporting and bank relations. The ideal candidate will have at 5 or more years experience as a CFO of a medium sized manufacturing company. Candidate should possess CPA and/or MBA and have strong acquisition experience; prior public company or IPO experience desirable; experience with private equity a major plus.
