This position will be in charge of the accounting and IT functions of the Bank. You will responsible for the overall guidance of the Financial Direction of the Bank. This position is located in the Twin Cities.

*Are you an expert in taking banks financial information and determining what strategic goals need to be implemented to attain the bank’s financial plans?
*Do you enjoy managing the bank’s investment portfolio and the bank’s risk management program?
You will be responsible for establishing, coordinating and maintaining accounting and financial information systems of the bank. This includes maintenance of cash accounts, budgets, regulatory agency and government reports. You will be responsible for Profit planning of the entire bank. Run the Pricing committee. You’ll also be responsible for all treasury responsibilities including cash management, asset/liability management and strategic planning.

Minnimum job requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Finance or combination of experience & education
* Experience to lead the bank’s accounting reporting systems
* Thorough knowledge of comptroller responsibility
* Thorough knowledge of all bank products and services
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
* A CPA designation is preferred
$75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, Excellent benefits with Pension plan
*Relocation assistance available for the right candidate, but must be from the Midwest
