Chief Financial Officer

A progressive community mental health center located in north central Indiana is currently searching for a Chief Financial Officer. 

This person will report to the Executive Director with 20 direct reports and about 225 employees. 

The position can be covered from the north side of Indianapolis.

Qualifications:

·          Accounting degree (preferably CPA)

·          Experience in profit or non-profit company with strong management responsibilities

·          Health care audit, understanding of Medicaid/Medicare Billing

·          Excellent oral and written communication skills

·          Experience reporting to a Board of Directors

Company offers:

·          Base salary to $90,000
