Our Client, a $200M Public Electronics/Technology Manufacturing company in North Orange County, CA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with the following qualifications.

The must have requirements include:

- Business oriented and strategic Chief Financial Officer

- 4 - 7 years as a CFO with Public Electronics or Technology equipment manufacturing experience

- Public Manufacturing experience must be in the last 10 years

- 15+ years overall Finance and Accounting experience

- Strong SEC Reporting experience

- Excellent Wall Street reputation and experience

- Big4 experience with CPA

- Acquisition and Divestiture experience a must to assist in growth opportunities

- Multi-facility experience in a company selling to Military accounts a plus
