Hacienda HealthCare is currently seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer to join our organization. This position is responsible for reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors on the overall direction and management of all financial affairs of Hacienda’s operations, including State and Federal managed care contract costing, health care service contract budgeting, ongoing financial reporting and financial projections, managing the investment portfolio, actuarial oversight, regulatory audit and related reporting requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance, with 10+ years experience; minimum of 2 years previous CFO experience. 2 years in previous health care or non-profit setting preferred. Prefer past public accounting experience and a CPA, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
