We are a national leader in the distribution industry located in Southwest Missouri and are seeking an experienced CFO. You would be responsible for safeguarding company assets, tax compliance, 401-K retirement administration, payroll, the preparation of financial statement, maintenance of general accounting records, and establishment and enforcement of internal control procedures. We require 15 years accounting experience in a management role, 5 years supervisory experience over a 20 employee or larger accounting department, 2 years recent experience as a Controller in a national and international wholesale distribution environment and 3 years supervisory experience in Public Accounting, preferably in auditing financial statements. Candidate should have a CPA or CMA and be proficient in the creation and use of spreadsheets. Administrative and organizational experience required.
