CHIEF JUDGE
The Hopland Band of Pomo Indians is seeking a Chief Judge. The Chief Judge will be responsible for judicial work & court administration. Scope of work includes hearings, making judgments on all civil & criminal cases by applying Tribal Law, Codes, Ordinances, & Regulations, or applicable Federal & State Laws. The Chief Judge shall dispose of all cases in a timely manner by assigning or personally disposing of cases through final decision and/or issuance of sentences, when appropriate, in criminal cases.
