| General Description: - This position will be an essential part of the senior management at Hope Church with the overall responsibility of Hope's day-to-day operating activities, including all ministries; revenue and church growth; expense; monthly, quarterly and annual financial management.
- Report to the senior pastor (CEO).
- Hope is the 66th largest church in America with average of 7,500 in attendance each weekend. Hope is 21 years old and has grown from 350 to 7,500 in 13 years. Our senior pastor is the founding pastor.

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Embrace Hope’s Core Values.
- Focus on the strategic goal of growing the church.
- Lead with a sense of urgency and encouragement.
- Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic goals.
- Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management.
- Demonstrate successful results through the execution of Hope’s strategies for all ministries.
- Assist in donor development supporting Hope’s “Culture of Giving.”
- Ensure accountability at all levels.
- Promote Hope in the community.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting and strategic planning.
- Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
