·   Responsible for operational management of four-site community health center network.

·   Responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local standards.

·   Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Operations functions of all network sites under the direct supervision of C.E.O.

·   Collaborate with senior management to coordinate and enhance services and performance of network-wide department functions, including administration, patient support services, human resources, marketing, and managed care operations.
