Oversee multiple departments and functions of the Authority, including, Asset Management, Section 8 and the MTW Program. Plan and execute development activities. Direct and coordinate activities in order to achieve maximum organizational efficiency by working with department heads to establish goals, policies and procedures, and offering assistance as needed. Evaluate accomplishments through the review of routine and special reports. Assist in the formulation of plans and programs, evaluation of existing programs, and establishment of organization goals as a member of the Authority’s administrative management team. Oversee a variety of functions of the Authority and provide direction in order to meet the organization’s long and short term goals. Participate in assessing needs, and establishing goals and plans for the Housing Authority. Master’s degree, and experience in public housing preferred.
